    General NewsThe Volunteer English Program in Chester County will sponsor training workshops for those who wish to tutor English as a second language to an adult immigrant or refugee.

    The three hour workshops will be held on Thursday, January 21; Monday, January 25; and Thursday January 28 from 6 to 9 p.m.; at Kesher Israel Congregation, 1000 Pottstown Pike, West Chester,
